<reviewbody>I was at this show, and it was freaking awesome. It was my first live experience w/ TLG and thier first time playing the esteemed Fillmore in SF. I love how they dropped four new songs on us that night, too. Truck Stop Sallie was amazing, and I'm pretty sure some party favors were passed up durring that number.

They played great the entire show.

Thanks Datsofunky for getting this up on the archive so soon.</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>What a killer recording! Must say that it is one of the best TLG recordings I have heard. If you are a mature TLG fan or simply looking for your first show GET THIS ONE!!! This show is a hallmark in the history of TLG and the guys rocked this. I was at this show and it is too bad that you can't feel the whole experience completely through a computer. Nontheless i give it a 10 out 5!!!!</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>I've been seeing the boys play since the Elbo Room days. Welcome to the big leagues. A sold out show with 2 fantastic sets, well organized and everyone was on. Trevor's melodic voice was pure and smooth. Josh was ripping his jams and taking the crowd to new levels. The recording is definitely one of the better ones I have heard. Get it, burn it, play it, enjoy.</reviewbody>

<review><reviewbody>I was at this show, and TLG played incredibly well which is apparent on this recording. The problem is that the sound quality is mediocre, which isn't enough to bring my rating lower than a 4, but it would be nice to hear this show on a crisp, clear SBD. 5 for the show, 3 for the sound.</reviewbody>

<review><reviewbody>TLG has become an addiction for me. This show is SICK....off the charts. What more could you expect from one of the best bands out there right now....and being at the Fillmore is the icing on the cake. Thanks for the love TLG!!!</reviewbody>

<review><reviewbody>I downloaded this show after reading the other glowing reviews about the performance. The trouble is that it's often really hard to appreciate the music. The crowd noise is very obtrusive. There are times during many songs (Sex in the 70's comes to mind) where the background conversations are as loud as the vocals. The recording has that muddy, distant-sounding quality often associated with AUD recorddings in the past.

I've downloaded many, many (over 300) shows from the Archive, so I'm not making this critique due to a lack of familiarity with the medium and environment. This recording will give you a great idea of what exactly the show sounded like if you had been in the crowd at the Fillmore, but if you just want to appreciate the band's music, you'll do better elsewhere. Too bad, too - it does seem like a pretty good show, and I have enjoyed other TLG shows (7-3-03, and 3-11-05 come to mind). </reviewbody>
