The crowd is quiet and respectful during songs so even though the volume is a little low the performance is quite audible. The songs were all very new and some had never been played live before and this show was their debut. This was also the first 'suprise' / secret show that Jason did at lestats. He'd end up doing a few more, but for this one there was a tingle in the air. not many people knew about it and there was an excitement of whether he would play or not ... The night was officially Anna Troy opening for Bushwalla. Jason played between the two of them. Bushwalla's set, as it was, was the first one after their 'hiatus' where Billy went to Europe and the band 'got tighter' and actually learned new songs and practiced. Jason's set was so clean and so strong, it was amazing. The new songs were great, and it was a really great night of amazing music.
